Another lucky find in a wallpaper book!
I glittered the red with Crayon glitter glue, used Glossy Accents on the steam and then applied tuffs of cotton ball. Inside I used a stamp from the Doodle Birthday set from Recollections.
I used the glitter glue again on all the little dots around the Happy Birthday.
