Prima Rondelle Envelope Mini Album

Well this really is a fat mini!  It will hold 50 photos on just the pages and then additional on all the added tags and mats.  I'll have still photos posted shortly but until then you can see it all on my YouTube video.

50 is Wonderful!

I made this card for my Niece's 5oth birthday, how she can be 50 is beyond me, seems like I just had that  birthday!  This is from the Lady Couture collection from DCWV.
The paper was a gift from a friend and I just love it!!!

I used my handy-dandy new stamp filing system to hunt for the
'wonderful' stamp (Stampin UP).
The numbers are Graphic 45 and the 'is' are black glitter sticker numbers.
The lady in the bottom is also Graphic 45 - papers assorted

I used a little glossy accents on her hat after I fussy cut her and
popped her up for dimension

 

This is a number 10 size card, I often wonder why I don't make more of these
I just love the look of them.
I have several other 'ladies' from this collection that
I've made into cards and will post them soon.

Ruffled Petal Flowers

My first video where I've tried to show how I created something so hang in there with me, comments are much appreciated!  I decided to join the Flower Swap at Your Paper Pantry for January.  The theme is tea-dyed and I sat and played tonight and came up with these ruffled petal flowers.This will be the first time I've swapped flowers and I must say I hesitated joining because of the gorgeous creations I've seen the others create.  But then I decided I can't learn unless I try and receiving flowers from others is the best way. Up close and personal you can see hands on what and how they created theirs.   If you've not checked out Your Paper Pantry do so today it's a great place to swap, chat, learn and grow your craft (or addiction as the case may be).

Christmas RAK from Barb

At Your Paper Pantry we could join a Secret Santa Swap to buy for in secret for another YPP member.  I got Barb.  She sent me a note this week and told me she had a little something coming for me.  It arrived today!  WOW what can Isay but thank you thank you my friend.  She sent so many wonderful crafting things, I'm in Heaven with all my new playthings.  YPP is a wonderful group of crafters that share through Swaps, Videos, Classes and Chat.  Check them out I'm so glad I found them!

My First You Tube Videos!

Have you wondered where I've been????  Hopefully you've noticed I've been gone, lol!  We were away on vacation (check out my pics on my other blog Reflections of My Year) and then I've been working for a long long time on my first Mini Album.  This was made from Paper Bags and a tremendous amount of time pouring over other creative divas on You Tube!  The videos are uploaded to You Tube and  are available for you to watch.  (This was a whole other learning experience just figuring out how to upload and add a few online notes here and there - and it's taken forever!!!  I now admire all those You Tubers out there I've been taking so much for granted!)  And, yes, it took me two videos to go through the book, it's gonna take some time and experimentation to figure out the editing portion of this You Tube thing.
