It Pays to Comment

I've said it before and I'll say it again, it really pays to leave a comment!

Back in October I ran across a Close to My Heart blog, Pupleglo Creations,  that had some super ideas on it, and, Gloria also had a giveaway in progress.  She was reaching for a goal of 400 subbies and all you had to do to be entered was leave a comment, which I did.

On New Years Day I got an email from Gloria saying I'd won a stamp set!  WOW what a way to start 2014!!!  Gloria and I exchanged a few emails after that, what a sweet sweet lady!

Well would you believe the Stamps arrived Tuesday!!!  Talk about fast service I love it.

And here's what I recieved!

So go check out Gloria's blog, tell her Patti sent you!  And when you see an opportunity to enter in a crafty friends contest, check it out, it may be as simple as leaving a comment!  But wait, don't limit your comments to only when you see a prize dangling at the end.  Make it a point to always stop and leave a kind word or two.  Nothing can compare to opening your mail and seeing that someone took the time to comment on your work, whether it be here in Blogland or on YouTube!
