I went to a quilting retreat back in 2004 which I'll cherish forever. We all made quilt blocks and signed our names with embroidery.. then someone one the whole pot.. and guess who won??? Me! I still have the blocks and one was made and signed by my aunt, who has since passed away. I just need to get that quilt done! Also have been to a couple of scrapbook/papercrafting retreats which are a blast... and a good time to get things done. How fun to make that gorgeous folio.. Ginger is indeed so talented.. I've watched her from the very beginning.... and those little boxes are darling. I love the retreats because I always feel so pampered... sounds like you were too! Hugs..
